Privacy Policy

Sekertera, a product of Nftania Inc. · Effective 15 September 2026 · Contact: T.SaadEddin@nftania.com

1. Who we are

Sekertera is a customer-messaging assistant built and operated by Nftania Inc. ("we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. Businesses ("clients") use Sekertera to answer messages that their customers send them on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. The sekertera.com domain and all Sekertera services are owned and operated by Nftania Inc.

When you message a business that uses Sekertera, that business decides why your data is processed and is the controller of it. Nftania processes it on the business's behalf as a service provider. This policy explains what Sekertera does with that data and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

2. What the service does

Sekertera receives the messages a customer sends to a business's messaging account, uses an AI language model to draft a reply from that business's own product catalogue and knowledge base, and sends the reply back through the same platform. The business's staff can pause the assistant, take over a conversation themselves, and review the conversation history.

3. Data we process

DataSourceWhy

A stated preference such as "reply in writing" or "reply by voice"You, in the conversationTo honour how you asked to be answered

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, payment card numbers, government identifiers or passwords in conversations. If you send such information anyway, ask the business to delete it, or write to us (section 7).

4. How we use the data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use conversation content for advertising.

5. Who we share data with

RecipientPurpose
The business you are messagingIt owns the conversation and can read it in full
AI model providers (Google, and other providers reached through OpenRouter)Message text is sent to a language model to draft the reply, and voice notes are sent for transcription. These providers process the data under their own terms and do not receive your platform identifier from us
Messaging platforms (Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram; Telegram)Delivering messages. They process your data under their own privacy policies
Hosting and network providers (Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare)Running the service and protecting it

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. Retention

Conversation records and media are kept for up to 12 months from the last message in the conversation, or until the business asks us to delete them, whichever is earlier. A business can delete its account and all of its conversation data at any time. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are not used to restore deleted conversations.

7. Data deletion

To have your data deleted, email T.SaadEddin@nftania.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

  1. the messaging platform you used (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or Instagram),
  2. the phone number or username you messaged from, and
  3. the name of the business you messaged.

We will confirm receipt, delete your conversation records, transcripts and media from the service within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. If you reached Sekertera through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove the app's access in your Facebook or Instagram account settings; that stops any further processing, and you may still email us to delete what was stored before.

You can also ask the business you messaged, which can delete the conversation from its own console.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to the address above and we will answer within 30 days. Because the business is the controller of your conversation, we may forward your request to it, or ask it to confirm your identity.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Message content is never included in error logs. Access tokens for messaging platforms are stored server-side and are never shown in a business's console.

10. Children

Sekertera is not directed at children under 13, and businesses using it agree not to target them. If you believe a child's data has been processed, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
